Letter from Recruitment Chair

Hi everyone!

My name is Gabby and I am the Vice President of Membership here at Delta Gamma. I am so excited that you are interested in joining the Panhellenic community here at Rutgers! I found that joining Delta Gamma helped make Rutgers feel much more like home. This chapter has given me the opportunity to grow as a leader, a friend and become a more involved member of the Rutgers community!

Thinking about participating in recruitment can be scary, and I know there are a lot of questions you might have, so don’t be afraid to ask those questions to our sisters! We are so excited to share our stories with you and help make this process as easy as possible! I hope after meeting the sisters of Delta Gamma that you will see firsthand that we are a genuine group of girls who love coming together to strengthen ourselves educationally, professionally and increase our community service efforts. After talking to the sisters of Delta Gamma during recruitment, I had no doubt that I wanted to be a part of this amazing group of women. After joining, I quickly found my home here at Rutgers and I know that even after I graduate I will always have my sisters to count on.

I am excited for you to find your home here at Rutgers just like I did 2 years ago! Like I said, this process can be intimidating, but know that the end result will be worth it. Wherever you end up after recruitment, it truly is where you belong and where you are meant to be. Just trust in yourself and know that you will gain so much from becoming a part of the Panhellenic community!
