Our founders chose the letters Delta and Gamma because of their desire to "Do Good." Here at Rutgers University, it is the driving force of all that we do. It's more than just a motto. It is truly a way of life. Our mission is to foster high ideals of friendship among college women, promote their educational and cultural interests, create in them a true sense of social responsibility, and develop in them high qualities of character. All of our members are unique, and yet we all share a single bond of friendship through Delta Gamma. We live for hope, for strength, for life.
For hope. Through service, leadership, mentoring & friendship opportunities, our members are able to discover room for personal growth in so many ways, at the same time doing their part to advance Epsilon Psi as a whole.
For strength. Delta Gamma continues to create strong, talented women through honesty, truth, accountability, responsibility and high quality of character. These five principles not only define who we are but they also have made Delta Gamma into the amazing women’s Fraternity that it is today!

Sisterhood at Epsilon Psi is more than just a collegiate experience.
